Information in an enquiry
The registration form asks for a preferred name, country, phone number, contact preference and optional platform or message details. These details help the team respond to your request and discuss account access. Do not include passwords, one-time codes, financial credentials or identity documents in a general enquiry.
How delivery works
Follow the delivery instructions shown on the form or chat panel. When a Telegram or WhatsApp draft is prepared, the website places the details you entered into a link for you to review. You must tap Send in your selected messaging app to deliver it. WhatsApp, Telegram and your email service process messages under their own policies.
Website support conversations
Where on-site messaging is enabled, the support service receives the message, page address and basic technical information needed to handle the request. A secure session cookie links replies to the same browser. Avoid using a shared device for private conversations; clearing browser cookies can remove access to that conversation.
Technical information
The website host and connected service providers may process network and device information when serving pages or protecting the service. The website does not request a gaming password or payment-card details through its registration enquiry form.
Your questions and requests
For questions about information you sent, or to request correction or deletion, contact crownclub@crownclub777.com. Include enough context to identify your enquiry without sending unnecessary sensitive information. The team can explain what information it holds and which service is responsible for a particular record.
